I visited three other flooring companies before buying from Parkway. The owner was courteous, helpful, and did what she said she would do. The crew performing the work were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and offered useful suggestions. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I would not even bother going to another dealer if I needed additional flooring or carpeting. The price quoted for the work was the lowest of the others, and the outcome could not have been better. I highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The owner was friendly, helpful, and patient. She gave  me an accurate estimate which was more reasonable than two other estimates that I had gotten. The installers showed up on time, were friendly, and very efficient. The finished product looks great and has held up beautifully for the year that I've had it. I have had no problems at all with any feature.

The job was performed beyond my expectations. The owner was friendly and helpful, never pushy, and offered several recommendations which I had not thought of but found useful. Her measuring resulted in very little waste product, holding down the already reasonable price. The product, Bruce oak flooring, was absolutely exactly what I wanted and is beautiful beyond my dreams. The installers were prompt, friendly, helpful, hardworking, and above all, excellent in their knowledge and ability. Despite trying to find errors and flaws, I was unable to do so. I know that no job can be absolutely perfect, but this surely looks like a perfect job. I would highly recommend this company. From the top down, they are honest, hard working, professional, friendly, and highly skilled.
