As promised here is an update on my tankless water heater. Mike's removed my 19+ year old water heater with a new tankless water heater. With my new HVAC system installed by Mike's, plus new windows, I am able to see a minimum of $50+ savings on my electric bill. To many that will not seem like a lot, but consider the fact my house is only about 1,000 square feet. This new system is wonderful - the water is hotter and never runs out of hot water. I would advise anyone to dump their old inefficient electric or gas water storage system to a tankless system. Just makes more sense.

We discovered some problems with our heat pump system during a house sale (nothing to do with the install they did a few years ago). Mike's guy showed up and went right to work. The job was completed quickly and completely and price was fair.

Our 18 year old HVAC unit failed two weeks ago. We received several quotes for replacement and the quote from Mike's Heating and Cooling was the lowest. Once we gave Mike's the go ahead , the installers were able to start the next day. The work and the communications was very professional and timely. I would highly recommend Mike's Heating and Cooling to anyone with HVAC problems.

After 19+ years mine finally played out. Mike's crew replaced my central heating and cooling unit and had it done in one afternoon. Crew was so professional and thoughtful that they took their shoes off before entering the house, even though I told them they did not have to do so. Unit runs like a dream! Mike's is also replacing my old 19+ year old water heater with a new tankless water heater. This has not been done yet, but I will write another review after it is done and I have tested it out. I would highly recommend Mike's Heating and Cooling.

They were great. They came in without any problems. They got the furnace with no problem and the job was done within two days. They were good guys to work with.
