Mike responded to our request immediately. He came out provided a quote and took pictures to show us the damage and how he would fix it. After we hired him he set a day and time, showed up then and finished the job timely. We had a few other minor issues which he identified and fixed for no extra charge. He also provided a warranty. We would hire Mike again.
