+ -1 moreThis company claims that they are punctual. Not the case whatsoever. They had authorization to complete this project and they simply kept putting it off and putting me on the back burner. By speaking with the owner, he seems nice and friendly, but it was more than clear he wasn't willing to do the work. I eventually made my final complaint with our warranty company. Our Warranty company claims that Hurston will no longer be a provider of theirs and I hope they keep their word. I waited over a month and gave them plenty of time and chances to make it right and they never called me back and eventually seemed to be avoiding my calls.
Description of Work: Hurston was supposed to complete a job authorized by my home warranty company. My home warranty company sent Hurston a new air handler to be installed in our home. After several weeks of no call backs and excuses when I called them, I can only speculate that this company is completely incompetent or they used the air handler that was sent for me on another project. In all fairness, they did come out and do an inspection as well as refill my refrigerant as a temporary fix, however, as summer approached and our air handler kept shutting down, it left me and my family miserable.
