Found tripped circuit breaker. Checked system.

The tech was under the house for less then a minute came out saying I need a new furnace. Said a sensor was tripped that senses air leaking behind burners. After listening to him talk a minute, I told him I was just looking at the furnace and proved his theory wrong. He went back under and tapped the gas valve and it fired up. Same thing I've been doing off and on the past month. He was trying to just sell mqe a new system instead of figuring out the real problem. Good thing I know a little about gas furnaces, otherwise I might be stressing about buying a new furnace right now. I wouldn't recommend this company

My a/c stopped blowing cold air; I noticed it around lunchtime, found Haynes on this list and gave them a call. They were at my house by 3:30 the very same day, which I certainly did not expect! A nice young man named Chase checked out the unit and determined there was a leak and pretty much all of the R22 freon was gone. He cleaned off the outside filters and added 5 lbs of freon. By 4pm that same day my house was cooling back down. I will be building a new house here on my property in the next couple of years and will DEFINITELY be contacting this company again to do the HVAC work in the new house!

I would highly recommend Haynes to anyone. They are very professional and guided me through step by step everything they were doing and needed to do to get my A/C fixed. I will definitely be doing business with these guys from here on out. Thanks to Mike for working around my work schedule! The repairs weren't run of the mill so it was a little pricey. I did get an Angie's list discount on the service call, so that ended up being $60. The repairs with parts and labor were $390. So all together $450.

Service man came to Jacksonville. Called us to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was friendly. Spent about 45 min doing a check-up. There were no problems or repairs.

Showed up on time. The old unit had been in for many years and was very difficult to remove. Spent a couple of hours removing the old motor. Installed a new motor.

Unusual for me to write a superb review as this one but it was acceptional. Purchased a short sale/foreclosed house with some parts in poor condition. I expected to spend a lot of money, greater than 1000.00 to repair or a lot more to replace AC and Heating units. He checked and cleaned, Repaired electrical breaker and replaced capacitor and check freon levels. I have had this service at other houses and expected at least a 400.00 invoice. Shocked at 135.00 with him spending almost 2 hours plus explaining future service and maintenance. NO I am not associated with the company or any benefits of giving this review.

My A/C went out in the middle of the summer heat. I called Haynes Heating and Air Conditioning and make an appointment for Mike to come out to repair my unit. He was here when he said he would be here. He checked my unit and said that as old as it was (16 yrs. old) that it would be cost prohibitive to repair...that I needed a new unit. He said he could temperarly repair the unit until a new one arrive the next day. He came the next day...installed the new uint and had it cooling in no time at all. Mike's professionalism, punctually, response time, and quality of work was top notch and at a reasonable price. I have known Mike personally for many years and he has been my and quot;go toand quot; repair person for all those years. I would not use anyone else because I trust in what he does. I have not had any problems with any of Mike's work....it is of the highest quality.

From here on out, I have a professional who I can trust, in Bell Heating and Air Cinditioning, Inc.

I called him first thing that morning and he was here by 10am. He was Very Professional. I have used his service several times in the past where I work for every thing from simple service to replacement of entire systems.

His name is Mike Haynes. He got everything fixed. He picked up half my hotel stay when we had to go out to get part. He is in my area. I was satisfied with his service. He is not only good, but is also very generous with his knowledge and expertise. He is absolutely magnificent. I would recommend him.
