+ -1 moreThe sales person was able to come out the day after I called to look at my needs and offer an estimate. He was professional, quickly understood the situation, and brought a good variety of carpet samples. Once we agreed on a price and my carpet and padding choices the actual replacement was scheduled within a week - I was on a very tight deadline so I appreciated his concern for finding a time that would work for me! The workers were friendly and speedy, and the work is well done. All in all, I'm pleased with the work and think I made the right choice using Floors To Go.

+ -1 moreWe were right up front with each other. This was one of the best services I have ever had. They did everything they said they would. The next day Ben called me to see if I was satisfied. Great Company
Description of Work: I needed my carpet put back after having a lot of water in the basement. I called Floors To Go and talked with Ben Lasslett. He gave me a time that he would be here. Before coming he called to let me know he was on his way. He showed me his information and was very very nice. He gave me a price and told me what to expect and what I should do before the installer came. The installer came, called before he go here. Very nice young man. He installed the new pad and the carpet. Cleaned up, and moved my heavy furniture back into the room. I cannot say enough about these people. I tell everyone to call them if they need this type of work. Great. very dependable. Thanks guys.
