Extremely well. Each new window had to be carefully refitted with the existing hardware. Each window fit perfectly and operated the first time, every time, without requiring any additional adjustments. The crew was the most professional crew that we have hired in the past 20 years, arrived when they said they would, did exactly what was expected and cleaned up promptly when they were done. We highly recommend Don James Construction and will use them again in the future.

Contact Don James Construction concerning a remodeling project. Someone came looked the area over and gave me a price. They told me that they were doing some other work and it would be a few weeks before they could get started. Fine. A few weeks past, then a few months past, so I call them back. They come back out and basically tell me the same thing, it will be a few weeks. Fine. A few weeks past, then a few months past, nothing. I call them back and leave a message asking if they plan on doing the job or not, I just need to know. They never respond. They seem to have a good reputation in the area, but I think they SUCK. I would never recommend them to anyone.

After contacting the company, they promptly came out to review the project and got back to us in a short time with an estimate. They were here at the time they promised and the job was completed as scheduled. Tim Hooper is the supervisor and a delight to work with. We were highly pleased with the job. We will definitely use them again.

They came in april and give plans estimate approx week later. They had other jobs and couldn't get to it until after first of may. They started on it on monday may 13th. Finished up by noon on thursday. They cut the roof back to house after stripping the deck down to floor. gabled the roof and matched existing roof. framed and screened it in. Made a vaulted ceiling which really completed the inside seem alot bigger. Its alot better than I even imagined.
