Description of Work: Water heater purchase & installation

Description of Work: Doug, the service technician, performed a diagnostic test on my system. He discovered that my Capacitor had gone bad, the unit needed to be cleaned, and it was 3 lbs low on coolant.

Description of Work: Arranged for a estimate to replace Heat Pump, duct work and add allergy filter system.

Description of Work: I called them on Thursday and asked if they could come out on Friday to do a general service. They said they could. They called me the next day and said they would be about 10-15 minutes late. They showed up 30 minutes late. They were very apologetic for being late. They explained what they would be inspecting and asked if there was any issues that I thought I might want looked at. They inspected and found that I was low on freon. I found it hard to believe since the unit isn't more then 5 years old. But knowing the caliber of the technicians that installed it, it wasn't completely out of the question. The technician said there might be a small leak too. He said they would check it again in six months for any leaks. He asked if I wanted him to fill it. I gave him the go ahead. I could hear him filling the unit with freon, so I know he wasn't lying. Within 15 minutes I could feel the difference. Like standing in front of the fridge then standing in front of the freezer. The air coming out was much cooler than it had ever been before. I asked if he could turn the blower motor speed up. The technician told me he could and also gave reasons why it might not be a good idea. He told me about wind chill and how it can effect the heat side of things. Being that it's October that will be important very soon. He turned the speed up to medium, at my request and said if it felt cold this winter to call and they would come back and set it back to the low setting.
