+ -1 moreYes, the price (compared to others)was a little higher but the work is/was excellent. Since then, I have had to have a couple of digital thermostats replaced because I mash the buttons so hard. The company responds the same day...onc never charging me and the next sending me a very small invoice. I could not take off from work during the installation so I put my cat in another room and left them a key. They never bothered anything...the work was almost done when I get home that day and kitty was fine!
Description of Work: I had to have a whole new heat pump and completely new duct work installed right before Christmas.

Description of Work: Old Heat pump went out after 28 years. Coy Bolton gave price to repair versus installing new one. He did not pressure one way or another but answered questions we had. We decided to put in a new high efficiency heat pump and recieved and excellent price on total installation. They gave a day and time to be there and were at our house on time. The installation was quicker than was told and very profesional installation. We are very pleased with the heat pump recommended. Bolton Service is a very professional company and would recommend them to anyone.
