Description of Work: We called for a quote to install a new clothes dryer and designated circuit. The electrician said he would be at our house to look it over at a certain time the next morning. Hours passed beyond the agreed-upon time and he finally showed up. He quoted an outrageous price for digging the trench for the wire and started on his way. After all, he was merely passing through and remembered our call. They tried to charge us a service fee for coming out even though he was hours late, had no tools, and was ""already in the neighborhood."" I was dumbfounded. I am not going to ""Fail"" Walker Electric since it could very well have been a communication failure from the office. I sincerely hope the actual service is decent if costumes are made to jump through hoops just to get an estimate.

Description of Work: Had a new heat pump installed. Gave us the best price and quality of equipment we needed. They also added new duct work and vents. Their emplyoees are very knowledgabel, quick working and cleaning up behind themselves. They have been back a couple of times (at no charge adjusting the vents. We also signed an annual contract with this company to maintain our equipment to perform at its maximum. They even filled out my paper work for our rebate.

Description of Work: We had to replace our old HVAC unit. We chose Walker because of their superior product and had the best price. This company was very easy to work with, making sure we were satisfied, before presenting us with their final bill.
