Horrible customer service!!!! I called this guy to set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate of how much it would be to patch the roof. He gave me a time and date that he would arrive but he never did. I stayed at home ALL DAY waiting for him to come out but he never showed and worst of all he never even bothered to give me a call to let me know what was going on. It has been over a week and I NEVER even got a courtesy call from him nor his wife with any explanation.
Description of Work: All I needed was my roof patched.

A good experience with this company. The estimate I was given was accurate, no suprises for a change. Did excellent work in a timely manner. I highly reccomend them.l
Description of Work: Removed old singles and replaced with new including replacement of bad decking. Also removed an old chimney.
