Very professional person who answered, appointment was given right away, was treated nicely. Had to cancel due to budget and time restraints.

Hired Merry Maids to clean two houses weekly. Both homes were given estimates and a lot of time was taken to give instructions, keys, etc. Total time spent with the estimator was probably 2 hours. So far so good. The first maid showed up at the first house with no key so we received no cleaning or phone call alerting us to the missed appointment. They didn't miss charging us for the visit even though the maid skipped our house. Second house was cleaned but they had none of the instructions about the house or how we wanted it cleaned. They had forgotten to send that from the office when the maid headed out. Over the next month we used or tried to use their service. One of the requirements we had was to have the same maid or team of maids each week to get some consistency in the cleaning, etc. That never happened and the poor results followed. The final straw (if all the other experiences weren't reason enough) was when I got a call from the management saying they wouldn't be able to change my Mother's sheets any longer because "there could be needles in her bed". My Mother runs dialysis from home 5 days per week and has a sharps container at the other end of the house. The maids didn't clean or even go into that room, but someone felt it was important enough to call her to embarrass her over having potential needles in her bed. Since I was the person booking the service and paying for the service for both homes I called and shared my experience with the GM. I was told this was an EPA rule for housekeepers. Since then I've talked to four other national cleaning services and no such rule exists. We fired this company and will never use them again. After our poor experience they never offered to reduce our fee and we even had to fight to get the money for the MISSED visits returned. Stay away. Far, far away.

They clean good it is just that the owner is not very professional. Every week I have the same 2 ladies and there is an excuse every week. To me it just feels like he doesn’t know how to run his company. I don’t think I would be using them too much longer. They came in and they cleaned very well but it is just that I don’t want strangers. When you get 2 people who work well and they do the job and then every week there is something different with them. They come in and say they can’t do this and they can’t do that every week and to me it feels like he doesn’t know how to run his company. He doesn’t send the same 2 every week and I just feel that he doesn’t know how to run his company. The pricing is fine.

I don't have any complaints. I thought their price was reasonable and they spent a lot of time on my house to make sure everything was clean before they left.
