Description of Work: Larry completed a home inspection for us on a house we made a offer on he done a very good complete inspection. On the home and found some issues that would have cost a lot in repairs in which we were able to get the seller to repair before closing. Will use him again and refer to family and friends. He works for his clients not the real estate companies or the sellers. This was a big plus to is to find someone that would give us a honest inspection on the home

Description of Work: Larry is the owner of AlaTech. I contacted Larry a week before the inspection date. I had to change the inspection date twice based on progress of our new construction build and Larry was very accommodating. | |Larry is very detailed in his report and findings. I was surprised at the number of findings he had uncovered with a new construction and quality builder. | |Larry's report saved my builder and I a lot of time, frustration and money. I would recommend Larry to anyone that was considering a purchase of a home. Go into it knowing that Larry will document everything that is wrong and the list will be very long (even for a home that is sound and a good buy).

Description of Work: Home inspection of property. Larry and his son Tyler thoroughly inspected exterior and interior. I appreciated the verbal report he gave me about needed repairs and expected costs.Within 24hrs he had written report on his website. It was user friendly and easy access.
