We've been using him for years and years. He does commercial and residence. My brother used him for his business.He’s very dependable. He’s a bit higher than the others but I can depend on him. He always call's and says if he cant come and will always come the next day. He always tries to come that day.

On time. Setup appt last min. Very professional.

Appointment had been made for plumbing issues to be dealt with. He said he would be there first thing in the morning. I had strong indications that the septic system had been clogged and was seeping up behind the house. When I talked to him in the morning it was already 9:30. He said his helper hadn't arrived yet. I explained that I had received information that the area behind the house may not be where the septic system was located (95 year old house); and it may just be a leak or something and I also had two toilets that needed adjusting. He attempted to convince me that it must be the septic system and it must be pumped. I explained that it didn't seem that that was what was up and maybe he didn't need his helper. He also said my address wasn't showing up in his gps. He was to call when his helper got there. Still didn't hear from him. Called again, he made excuse that helper wasn't there. I said he probably just needed to go under the house and find a leak. He said he couldn't do that without his helper. I said, "it is two steps to where the dripping sound is...you don't need help to get under the house". He made other suspicious comments indicating that he wasn't all that excited to come out if he wasn't pumping my septic tank. I asked him if he needed directions. "No," he said, "I will just put it in my gps! I bit my tongue and said I would wait to hear from him. The next time I called he wouldn't answer his phone. I explained that I had cancelled plans to wait for him, he had said he would be there first thing in the morning and since he was no longer available I would consider that the appointment had been cancelled by him although he was not professional or ethical enough to inform me of this. I would send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately there is no way to complain to the Better Business Bureau of a service that it is not aware of. Sooo...Angie's List.
