Description of Work: The family comes for Thanksgiving week every year and for the second year in a row Swifty Sweepers has cleaned the house before everyone arrives. Dona Camp did the cleaning herself this year and she arrived right on time. After a walkthrough to discuss areas that needed extra care she dug right in. Dona has great attention to detail. She took every knick-knack off the shelves and wiped down each one, no simple flick of a feather duster.... real deep cleaning and she used a step stool to ensure she thoroughly cleaned the tops of tall furniture and blinds. I hate to admit it but my office and kitchen floors hadn't had a good scrubbing in quite awhile. A sick husband and new puppy left me just enough time for quick wetmops so Dona scrubbed the floors really well, even getting down on her hands and knees for tough spots. I don't have any worries now about the grandkids crawling on the floors. Dona was professional throughout. She asked questions for clarification and asked me to inspect each new task the first time she did it in a room to ensure that I would be satisfied with the job as she repeated the task in other rooms. I am completely satisfied with Swifty Sweepers and I do not hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use them again.

+ 3 moreThey called the day before and again the morning of the appointment and then once on the way to let me know they would be a few minutes late. Very professional as the reason for the slight delay was not their fault. I had asked for a thorough cleaning and agreed on a $150 rate. The appointment started with a walk-through of the house and discussion about what needed to be done in each room. Then Swifty Sweepers got to work. The woman doing the service was great. She worked methodically through the tasks and completely everything to satisfaction. She asked questions if she saw that there was something that might need to be done that we hadn't discussed initially and I really appreciated her attention to detail. I would recommend Swifty Sweepers and would use them again.
