 + -1 moreComputer would not open up. It was on, but the Windows did not open. I called Sand Mtn Computers and described issue. I was told to bring it in. Upon delivery, I was told it might take 2-3 days to get to and figure out. I was pleasantly surprised when in less than 4 hours I was called, told it was a minor fix, and it was ready. Total cost was for less than an hour of work. Problem was apparently a video board had loosened and was not connecting. When I picked up the laptop, I chatted with Ron Noblitt and learned he has been doing this for a while. He has a small shop, not only repairs but also will sell computers or obtain them if you wish, and was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. I am glad I found someone of this caliber and professionalism. I won't hesitate to go back if other computer problems develop.
Description of Work: I have an older laptop that would not come on and open up programs. I called Sand Mountain Computers and described the problem and was told to bring it in. In less time than expected, I was called and told it had been fixed. Not sure exactly what was wrong, but it now works fine.
