Description of Work: We had a year long contract for bug control both inside and outside. Service tech was seldom on time, even after verifying the time earlier in the day. (he called me at 8am and agreed to be at 3:30pm, he showed up at 2:15pm just as we were leaving to pick up kids at school). This kind of disregard of times was not uncommon. |He did not seem very good at listening to our bug problems and then treating as needed. I had to call his supervisor several times before he did what was supposed to do. |One month we received a bill and we never received services. He claimed he sprayed outside (he never called to verify apt time and we were not home when he arrived) but never left us a note saying he was here. After several calls to his supervisor we ended up paying the bill as the supervisor was unable/unwilling to do anything.

+ -1 morethe man who checks the termite stations is very professional, leaves a detailed report but the man who does my monthly spraying knocks things over, doesnt pick them up and even left a note for his lawn mowing business when my lawnmower was in the shop, for me to call him to mow my yard...someone that sloppy dont think so
