Description of Work: They put my new central unit in about five years ago. It is warrentied for 10 years. I'm thankful it is because we do have problems with it. It's a Goodman. Duct work had holes in it and it was not repaired when they put a new unit in. I have been taping it up myself. I feel the duct work should of been replaced and was not advised to. Found out later it had holes in it. I have a service policy with them for around $180.00 a year. I am very pleased with their service work. Nice people.

+ -1 moreKevin the repair tech recommended that we have the pump cleaned about once a year and that we could do it ourselves if we felt comfortable.
Description of Work: Furnace pump was clogged. One jiggle turned it back on.

+ -1 moreI contacted All Seasons to get an estimate on my new construction home for a complete HVAC system/install. The salesman met with us the go over floorplan and to get an idea of what was needed so he could provide a quote. After that meeting, we never heard back from any employee of the company. I called three times after the meeting to get an update (once to receptionist, and twice to salesman cell number) and never got a response.

+ -1 moreIt is unprofessional for a company to have schedulers make appointments and then have their technicians to call the day of and cancel.
Description of Work: We bought the maintenance plan where they come and do routine inspections. This has turned out to be a rip off. Twice they have scheduled us for service on Monday between 8 and 12 and both times have called the day of to say they can't come as and when scheduled. Twice I have arranged my schedule to be off and available and twice they have not been able to come as they scheduled. I do not recommend this service. It has just been a hassle.

+ -1 moreNo carbon of estimate, inexperienced sale person, pricing, and strong salesmanship to completely redo the basic cement pad and duct work.
Description of Work: They installed our current system 12 years ago and we have had to have repairs done twice. We had the 10-year parts and service but when a new coil needed replaced in the upstairs unit, we had to pay a $99 service fee. Last week some connector needed replaced and the unit was truly on its last leg. The repairman told me that with the new regulations that they would have to completely move the unit, run all new ducts and would cost upward of $8,000. I felt like he was hard-selling me cause my husband was not here, I hate to be treated like the "little lady." We did call them for an estimate and they sent a pleasant young man who was quite new to the business. He was so new that he needed to call another salesman to back him up and that took another half hour. They were here for an hour and a half. No carbon of the estimate, it was written on yellow legal pad and when husband asked for it, was told they would send it late by email, which they did do. Overall, would not call them again. The unit only lasted 12 years with two service calls.

Description of Work: We used All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning to repair our air-conditioner. They were one who put in our air-conditioner 12 years ago, and this was the first problem I have had.

+ -1 moreThe serviceman arrived earlier than expected especially on a holiday. He was very thorough and tested the unit to understand the problem. He politely answered all my questions and perfromed his work in an efficient and professional manner. He explained that they have a "club" that will reduce the amount of our service calls in the future. We wanted to sign up until we found out that the only way we could pay for the club was through automatic transfer of money from our checking account on a monthly basis. We were ready to write a check in advance for the whole year. We did not agree to getting in our checking account. They missed a sale since we did not like the checking account would be accessed.
Description of Work: The air conditioner capacitor quit working. A new one was installed and the R-22 coolant was checked.

They also told me what I could expect for the future with my unit and how long it would last. They were very respectful and non smoking clean cut folks. They were right on time and they knew what they were doing.

+ -1 moreThey come in twice a year to do the service but it's not that cheaper. They are really professional and set all things right. I called them when there was a problem with the switch and they sent a guy the next day to correct the problem. They are really good in following up and things like that.
Description of Work: All Season Heating & Cooling came out about six months ago to inspect a unit and replaced a switch that was bad about.
