All I did was just to talk to her and she was just so nice and really helpful. She tried to be really helpful but I would definitely use her if I ever need a renter.

Wanda charges the typical 6%. A lot of realtors want you to do things at their convenice, however, Wanda always made herself available to me. We communicated primarily through phone calls but with the actual transactions we did a lot of texting and faxing. She knows the market very well and was professional.

Wanda provided expert advice on things we needed to do to the house in oder to move it quickly (e.g sprucing up the backyard, replacing shiny gold tone bath fixtures with brushed chrome). She also advised on things that were considered pluses to the buyers (e.g. home warrenty). She also hooked us up with a bonded painter/repair man, Braulio, who did spectacular work. Rusty Ezekiel was a great friend helping us by being at the house for the garage door opener repair man etc. Great experience.

Her service was great compared to my previous realtor. She was very professional. The information she provided was great. She put things into perspective and was able to put things together for me.
