Turn Key Heating & Air

The HVAC unit was installed and works. The ducts he installed were inadequate and did not blow air into the addition. He did come back out one time to address the air not blowing but the issue was not resolved. He also quoted our price with including some electrical installation, but instead, ran wire, cut a massive hole in our sheetrock (that is still there), and never hooked up the wiring. We have tried contacting him several times regarding our issues and he does not return our messages. In summary the main portion of the house is heated/cooled fine. The addition still does not have sufficient air flow and thus does not heat/cool with the rest of the house. He ran the electrical wiring but did not connect it. He also left a 6in by 24in hole in the wall that has not been repaired still and has damaged insulation.
