He did one drain in the kitchen, He reasoned that it would take care of the bath sink that was slow, which it did not. He said there was some other problem. He didn't do what I asked him to do, didn't tell me what he was going to do and then he didn't tell me how much it was going to be.

It's Friday afternoon, and the tenant that is renting my house calls in a panic and says there is a leak streaming down from a pipe in the basement. I immediately call Mr Jones Pro and am told by his wife that she will get him to the house within two hours and take care of things. That is exactly what happened. The toilet was leaking due to a rotten seal. Mr Jones removed the toilet and reset the toilet and corrected the problem. As a result, my tenant is happy and so am I. Great help and service and the results were perfect. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Jones did a wonderful job. He cleared the blockage, and replaced the broken pipes. During the job he noticed some other problems that needed to be fixed, so he took care of these also, all for a very reasonable price. This is the second time we have used him, with great results each time. We will definitely use him for all of our plumbing needs.

Good service

Came home from a trip to find my hot water tank leaking. Since I had a good experience with Mr Jones before, I called him again and he was able to pick up the tank I wanted and bring it over that afternoon and install it. Left everything neat, took the old tank away, checked out a few things that I will have him back to do.

Called yesterday afternoon after selecting Mr. Jones from Angies List. Talked with Mrs. Jones who gave me an estimate, based on my information, of $150-$200, depending on just how far to street. She set up a tentative time for 9AM this morning but she would call before. She called this morning and said he was just leaving and it should take him about 30-45 minutes to get here. They were here before 9. This job took longer than expected because, even though they were able to get good water flow, Buddy Jones said there was still what felt like some blockage down near the street and he wasn't satisfied. He said he was not going to charge more than the $200, even though they were here longer than either of us expected. They left the place neat. Were very polite and nice and will call them back and recommend him.

Ralph helped us figure out why our dishwasher was leaking.....a simple stopped up steam vent/splash diffuser was stopped up completely.....he cleaned it out, and shop vacuumed it out, good as new! Also, he unstopped my shower drain and sink drain.........very professional......very reasonable price!!!!!!!!
