MARSH PAINTING

Darryl Marsh took my $1000 deposit and never came back. I have called him repeatedly and left messages over the last 5 months. He will not return calls. Estimated cost was $1,750.

Darryl was prompt with the estimate but as soon as we gave him a deposit, we could rarely get a hold of him. He said he would be back on the following Monday, August 13, to pressure wash the house and put up sample colors for us to approve and then submit to the neighborhood review board. It took 2 weeks for him to get the sample colors and I even went to the store and bought the paint myself to move the project along. He rarely would return messages. His assistant came and painted the wrong color. Darryl sent him to get the correct paint and he painted for about 2 days. I submitted the paperwork to the review board for approval and told him to wait until we had approval. I left a message on Sept 12. He called back and said he would start on the Sept 24. He has not been back to finish the job nor called to give us an update on his schedule. It has been very stressful project over the past two months. He has been very unprofesssional and untrustworthy. We are asking for $500 back.

Marsh Painting did a fair job of painting our home. But the response time to get the paint job lined up was slow. We also had to call them many times to get them back to do the clean up. They had poor customer service. I would probably never use this company again.

They did an outstanding job painting our home. It was just like an external makeover and our home really looked new again. We liked the prepping they did in getting set up for the job. They were respectful at our home and very polite. We really loved what they did to our home.

This company was very respectful, responsible and careful. They worked very hard and it was very effective and productive work. They gave me a quote on how much it would be and it stayed the same. I have nothing bad to say whatsoever about Mr. Marsh and I would definitely hire them again.

The worker from Marsh only came for a short while to work on my eaves and although I've called many times and they have not returned my phone calls and haven't come to finish the work. That was about six weeks ago and the Bank said I should file for theft charges.

Darrell Marsh wasn't your regular every day painter. He power washed our home before they started to work and he was very diligent. There weren't any paint splattered on the windows or around the house. We went with Marsh painting because they were the cheapest estimate offered, but I didn't know the price he charged for this job.
