The sod added did not take. Poor ground preparation, grass sod incorrect and did not match what I intended. Follow up call wanted additional money for fixing areas that did not take.

The crew was prompt and courteous. The job entailed removing 50 yrs worth of landscaping from front of the house. It was a tough job, and they handled it incredibly. They left the site clean and tidy as well. As I move to the next phase of my project, I will contact Cut-N-Up again.

Very professional. On time for the appointment for an estimate. After several estimates I decided on them. Called back, made an appointment for the work. They showed up on time, were very respectable and the work was done well. They were very neat and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I am so happy with their work I am working on them coming back for additional projects. Great work and reasonable pricing.

Dissatisfied with Service provided. Contracted to have bushes cut to specific dimensions. Provided diagrams. CutNUp Lawn Care did not deliver what was contracted. Contacted the owner and he is unwilling to perform contract as specified. The crew left debris behind, and many (over a dozen) burn spots in the lawn from leaking gas from the gas trimmer. Spoke to Jeremy Carter and he was not willing to make it right. Extremely disappointed. We had a contract, CutnUp did not fulfill contact and I paid for nothing.
