Carpets appeared clean after they were done but same spots came back on stairs and in bedroom. I called them back out and it took a couple months with phone calls and cancellations on both sides. The owner came out the second time and I found him put out to be back. He repeated the cleaning on the places that spot and dirt came back. Within two weeks all the spots and soiled areas came back. Will not ever use this company again.

He was very prompt. Arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, went over all of my carpets listening to my concerns before he started - pet issues, heavy traffic soiling, and coffee stains. He was very concerned about making sure I was happy with the appearance of my carpets. My light colored carpets are 15 years old and they look brand new. I will definitely be calling him again.

It was a new guy that came out and cleaned because my regular guy sold the territory around me to him. I was just as pleased with him as I have been with the previous guy. I found them several years ago because they were the highest rated carpet cleaners in the area and I have been using them since. It is a little expensive but you get what you pay for; he got ever spot out of my light carpet.

From contacting the company to services performed and follow up, I have enjoyed every moment of working with Citrus Solutions. A specific name was suggested to me so I contacted the company and asked for him by name. He contacted me back, personally, and was scheduled to come out the next day. I wasn't here while he worked but when I got home the carpet was already dry and the house smelled great! I highly recommend Citrus Solutions. I can't imagine we'll ever use anyone else (or try to do it on our own) again!

I have used CitruSolution several times before. They have been very prompt on each visit. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. The crew was very polite and professional. Overall, I really thought they did a great job. I would use this company again and will continue to use them.

Don and his assistant arrived right on time. They were sharp and professional, explained everything in detail, explained the process, answered all questions, and toured each room before starting. This is a new process using all natural products that do not leave a soapy residue. This company is extremely customer-service oriented and will do anything possible to please the customer -- a refreshing model for all businesses of integrity and responsiveness! He even left us a bottle of the solution to apply ourselves for any future spots on the carpet. Our house smelled great and carpets 100% improved!
