this company always requested money upfront and did most of the work late in the evening ended everyday around 9pm. Very unprofessional and they used all preowned sprinkler heads and dirty sod (full of weeds) for the cost of $175 a pallet of sod.

The company refused to listen to what we wanted and proceeded to do what they wanted. They asked for half of the payment up front (we refused however, my husband paid them some up front money) the continued to request money everyday (it only took them 4 days to do all this work). The irrigation was installed okay but does not cover the entire yard. They did not clean the old grass and weeds they only put 2 truck of topsoil on top of the weeds and grass. They did not grade the yard and left it very hilly. They put dirty (weed filled) zoysia sod down and did not roll it (they used plywood and walked on it). They were suppose to add extra soil for the plant beds to get them up out of the water becuase of the drainage problem. They did not do this then they planted 5 azaleas in one bed (2 died after 2 months due to do being in standing water). I spent the past year pulling weeds out of my yard because the sod is to young to but weed killer down, In some areas to this day the sod is still able to be pulled up. The other plant bed they installed about 20 azaleas and they did not plant them deep enough and I had to put extra soil down as well as mulch to try to protect them. I still have a very unlevel yard that will not be able to be fixed without starting all over. They refused to come back and fix the problems when i called them on numerous occassions for several months.
