Description of Work: They installed 8 helical piers (plus 9 extensions) to repair foundation on a rental home I own. The work crew was awesome, although the rain we got make it impossible to do a smooth job of cleanup after installation(red clay and rain make it hard to smooth the dirt back around the house, but they tried). The only issue I had was that the invoice I was given at completion did not match the quote (was high by $2,000 on the base work). Fortunately I had my quote with me, and this was quickly resolved by the crew foreman when I questioned the invoice. The foreman was able to verify my quote in their system at the site which was nice. The office did reissue the paperwork to resolve this after I contacted them. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the work crews, but a little unhappy with the accounting office who I felt should be checking invoices against quotes.

Description of Work: When I contacted this company for the quote, I was told it would be 3 weeks before I would be given an estimate. I choose someone else. This company has a reputation for dishonesty and up selling service.

Description of Work: My kitchen floor was sagging. They went under the floor replaced 5 floor joists and jacked my kitchen back to where it used to be. They were excellent to work with, kind, courteous and just overall great. Being a widow its hard to know who to call and who to count on. They get an A plus. I just really felt good about doing business with them. I was concerned my floor tile might pop loose didn't lose a one. A great company to do business with.

Description of Work: They leveled up the concrete of my front walk which had sunk down 4 or 5 inches years ago. They did a great job. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: they raised my carport where it had sunk ofver the years. The water no longer builds from the heavy rain at my doorstep but flows off the carport as ii should. GREAT company. I let them a RAVE review. Check it out and by all means if you have drainage issues as I did CHECK THEM OUT!. Quote is free.

Description of Work: They installed helical piers to support a steel I-beam. Thus beam is to support a corner of my detached garage, where the soil had been eroded away and threatened to collapse the garage.

Description of Work: They replaced a rotten board in one area, and then leveled that area and two others. They also installed a new support post and a new support beam. As a result, one of our doors does not stick anymore and three cracks in the walls were closed up. We are very happy with their service, etc.

Description of Work: They installed braces to my foundation walls on my home. They also installed LVL beams under the kitchen. The quality of the work was very good. The installers were good. They kept the area clean and cleaned up afterwood. The price of the work change 3 times depending on who I was talking to. They didn't want to honor the contract price (they did honor it in the end though). I felt like they were trying to cheat me by changing the price so many times.
