I contacted Utterback Overhead Door approximately 06/06/13 and spoke with Charles. I told him of the problems I was having with my garage door and needed a service tech to check it out. Charlie told me he could send someone out on Tuesday 06/11/13. No one showed up nor did I receive a call telling me they couldn't make it and reschedule another time.

Charlie came out to quote the price of three garage doors I needed to replace. Although my door openers are old, he did not try to pressure me to replace them at this time. He told me why I should get insulation on one of my doors, but did not pressure me to get the insulated option on the other two. His prices were better than I had gotten elsewhere. The doors I needed were in stock and within a week, I have 3 new doors installed. The installer Roger arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He did a great job installing and adjusting the doors and even installed decorative hardware I had ordered previously for me. He cleaned everything up and hauled my old doors away. It was a great experience. I will purchase new garage door openers from them when mine finally die. I would highly recommend them.
