Greg's Construction

Very, very well. First of all, the work was great, exactly what we wanted. Second, the price, I thought was incredibly reasonable. I was expecting to pay more. But also, all the little things that even people who do great work can't get right, Greg and his team got right. They didn't make a fake promise about when they could start. Once they gave me a start date, they showed up on that date. They did not destroy the rest of the house while fixing the closets and other than the work they did, you could barely tell they had been here: no cigarettes all over the yard, no big pile of trash hidden somewhere, no mud tracked all through the house. Greg faced one unexpected problem (there was a lot more rotten wood in the ceiling of the small closet than expected), and he immediately let me know and explained why it was going to cost a little more. My wife off-handedly mentioned a mirror that my 1-year old had pulled off the wall the morning of their last day, and Greg hung it back up for free. He and Phillip are both nice guys that I genuinely enjoyed being around and talking to.
