I'm satisfied with the HVAC system overall, though some of the workers were less detail oriented than I would have wished (registers installed crooked, etc.) The work was completed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I do have serious reservations about using this company in the future, based on their unwillingness to return calls, which I believe speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. Both I and a colleague of mine (whom I'd recommended them to) placed calls with requests for estimates on jobs. My friend needed some upgrades to his HVAC system. I wanted a quote for upgrading my electric service (on another house). After several attempts to have them contact us we each finally gave up and found other contractors. Perhaps they didn't think the jobs would be worth their time. Perhaps they've just become rude and unprofessional since I'd first used their services. Who knows. In any case they've lost my business forever.

The company had done furnace work for us before, so we were happy with them. We wanted the water heater moved and they did that with no extra fees. The cost also included running the electrical and installing new venting for the air. We are happy with the prices and they maintain everything they install for us.
