+ -1 moreRon came out and gave me a quote it was a little higher than the other 2 I had gotten but not by much and being a small business owner myself I was happy to help out a local small business. When he came out I told him what I wanted and that I wanted 2 boxes to hold the shampoo and stuff. I even gave him a picture of what exactly I wanted. They forgot to install the boxes!!!! This is not something that can be added later. Then several months later I noticed that my grout was starting to crack. When I called Ron he sent out his installer John who said that he?s never seen this happen before never! After re grouting it he told me that I needed to go buy some silicon to match the grout color and that once I had that to call him and he would come back out to apply it. Well after 10 times trying to call him and leaving messages I gave up!! Now my $6000.00 title job has cracks in it and is crumbling. I?m going to have to hire someone to come and re grout!! VERRY UNHAPPY WITH RON!!!!!
