from the property. 3. He undug 1 car-sized boulder and positioned it in the back yard for landscaping, and moved 7 additional boulders into a circle from various areas on the property as requested to complete our boulder landscaping request.4. Graded all areas where trees were removed excess trash and got area ready to receive topsoil. 5. Graded Driveway, brought in 10 dump-trucks of plus 3 minus gravel and distrbuted and compacted drive with his heavy equipment.6. Widened the bank next to the driveway although not originally estimated and charged no additional fee for this extra work. 7. Filled in areas around Garage the original Contractor negligently forgot to finish smoothed and compacted to complete final grade areound all areas of house. Mr Benson was right on with his estimate, he charged no additional money, spent 9 complete days on my property completing requested work. Spent a great deal of time explaining what was required, what needed to be done and what outcome would be received and explained how to escavate to increase property value. He was also extremely professional at all times, and extremely polite with my family and I. All-in-All, he is one of the best contractors I have ever come across, he knows his business, he knows how to make his customer happy, will throw in additional time to get the job done right, his attitude and work ethic is exceptionally commendable, he is old-schooled in respect and the idea that the customer comes first. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and would not hisitate to give my name for his positive recommendation. With so many shady contractors in our area, he stands well above even the most experienced contractors around. His equipment although many years old looks new as he has the pride to want to take care of his stuff and look professional to everyone concerned. I forgot to mention he started work after we approved his estimate with no talk of money and no required deposit. And, I also forgot to mention he is licensed, bonded, and insured in alaska. I personally would hire no one else for escavation work, he is the only one I would consider using if needed in the future. If you need excavation work done look no further, you need no additional estimates.

After having his heavy equipment delivered to our property to include a crane size backhoe, Bulldozer, and Heavy Compact Roller, he spent time walking the property clarifying which trees we wanted removed where the bolders were we wanted moved, how we wanted them positioned, where the holes were to be dug to put stumps into, and what type of gravel we wanted to finish our driveway, he began working and accomplished all items listed above in the estimate request. Over a 7-Day period he accomplished the following completely by himself with no additional crewmembers: 1. Brought Down all requested trees, removed the small limbs and brush, cut off the stumps and prepped the long logs for the log hauling semi. 2. After bringing down the trees he dug 3-very large holes and put all excess stumps small branches, and brushe into these, then covered all holes up. He moved all trees to a central log pick-up location, graded all areas to fix stump holes, and coordinated log pickup and removal.
