 + 1 moreAmazing customer service and Lonnie was great when he came out for an estimate. Office staff is always helpful. Found out they also do bathroom glass doors. I will use them every time I have glass issues no matter what it is.

Description of Work: They repaired two small wing windows. The lever to open and close the windows no longer functioned properly with respect to being able to completely close the window. After looking at the issue, they promptly provided an estimate. Once I gave approval, we scheduled a date for the windows to be repaired. Their representative was polite, professional and very conscientious of the property (indoors and out). I would definitely recommend them.

 + -1 moreIt went alright. I think that they were a little bit more expensive. They did the work alright. The people were good. They knew what they needed to do and stuff. The guy that came and installed it was nice and everything. I think it was just the price but it was a pretty good service.

Description of Work: they replaced a broken bedroom window glass in my apartment complex in Wasilla. I think it could have been less since I have found in Anchorage someone that could replace almost the same size glass for less but they wouldn't travel to Wasilla. So you pay for the area. I would use them again though.

 + -1 moreIt is now two weeks later and Stevens Glass completed the work on the five window panes. It took several hours, because the job required extracting the glass from the exterior of the house, on the second story level, but the two men doing the work were efficient and courtesy and easy to deal with. The new window panes look great and I was also very pleased that they did a good job cleaning up the work area. I would highly recommend this company for its efficiency, professionalism and courtesy.
Description of Work: Provider sent a company representative out to access five window panes to determine whether the company could simply replace the glass in the windows, because those five window panes had lost their seal and were letting cold air into the house. This man arrived at the time he said he would, inspected the individual glass panes and window frames and said the glass could be replaced without replacing the entire window. A day or so later, the company called to give me an estimate for the work, which I felt was reasonable and so I paid the required down payment and they ordered the glass.

 + 0 moreI had 2 claims for auto glass through my insurance, one for the windshield and 1 for the rear glass. Stevens Glass ordered both pieces of glass and scheduled me to come in and take care of both while I was out of town. 7 days later once I came home the vehicle was completed. They offered to have it dropped off if needed.
