They were very nice and helpful. I called today because we have to dig up the pipe leading up to the tank and she said she would send someone out right away. Now that's service!

Shamrock showed up the same morning I called to have my septic tank pumped. The driver was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and cleanly. I would use them again and recommend them to others. Job well done!

They showed up when they said they would and after they looked at it they realized that it did not need pumping (we were unaware of the last scheduled time). Best part about this company due to it being family owned, local, and good people is that they didn't even charge us for their time.

fine. Ive typed all this before, but Angies List somehow mixed up my review with someone else's, and then wrote to me several times saying I made a mistake...something about getting windows installed. Weird. Anyways, these guys do a great job. Angies list, not so much.

We haven't had our tank pumped since moving in, so a gave them a call and they came up the next day. The pipe that I thought was the septic tank turned out to be something else. The driver spent over 30 minutes using his different tools trying to find the tank. He gave us a good starting point to start digging so we can actually get to the tank to pump it. We had a rent a can portable toilet a few miles away, and he drove over and emptied that as well. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They only charged me for pumping the rent a can. This company has earned my loyalty for sure!

It went very well even though they were unable to thaw out the clogged line. They referred me to Larry Murray who came out as fast as he could and he diagnosed the problem, fixed it right away and then found the reason the problem occurred in the first place. he replaced the lift station pump, realized that the lift station did not have power to it. (Someone in the past had severed the line in the ground) and gave me the number of a very reasonably priced electrician who came out at my convenience and let me watch while he made temporary repairs for the winter

i was in need of having my septic system pumped due to other issues. another vendor initiated contact with this vendor. at the time, i was out of state. the vendor established contact and i provided the necessary information. they called later and said they were unable to provide the service because my driveway hadn't been plowed. they didn't inform me of this requirement prior to responding and, due to the other issue with the septic tank, many vendors had been in and out of my driveway without mentioning any problems. they were able to complete the agreed upon service but made me feel like an idiot, as if i should have known they couldn't drive through 3 inches of snow with their vehicles. in addition, i felt the service was extremely overpriced. i had the same system pumped 10 months before for about half the price.

They came they pumped and billed us later. We have used this company for years and always love them. Very fair pricing and they accommodate our different circumstances.

Great job , fast same day service, will use again next time needed.

I have been very happy with them. I have been using them for the last 3 times now. Since I am a returning customer you get a break on the price. In fact the first time they gave me a booklet on the best ways of taking care of my septic. Their prices are very fair and right with the market.

They are awesome. We have been using them for nearly 15 years. They are reasonable. They give $10 discount for customers. They respond immediately. They are just terrific. I would continue to use them.

They provide a great service. It was quick and easy. We didn't have a problem. We called them around 3'o clock, so they were very responsive.

They were friendly and came out on time. They came out and they were very open. They did not try and tell us that they had to come back. They actually told us what they had done and it was a bigger problem. They basically helped us with a clogged drain. We will use them in the future.

Came promptly as scheduled. Left a detailed brochure on septic system and the dos and don'ts to help maximize the life of the system. Provided a dated label on the standpipe with their number to schedule next services. Will use them in the future.
