They ruined our floor. We had carpet on our floor at home and it is over 3000 per feet and they have ruined our carpet. They came for a carpet cleaning. The vaccuum suction was not working properly so they put water on the carppet and didn't dry it off. My wife is not happy at all. The staffs are unprofessional. They were unprofessionally dressed. It was a horrible experience. They were also late.

We called Sam's in late July to set up a quote. We waited a week for the appointment (not ideal, but by no means a dealbreaker). On August 7, Tyson arrived with an assistant to take a look at the damage. He seemed very knowledgeable and "Johnny-on-the-spot." We felt good about possibly hiring him to do the work. It then took me nearly 2 weeks to get a hold of Tyson again. I followed up via phone 4 times. No one should have to do that. The last time I called, the receptionist (who I had expressed my frustration to during follow up calls #2 and #3) actually put me on speakerphone because Tyson was standing right there. He said (and I quote), "I'm sorry, I meant to email you the quote last night but I fell asleep." I didn't even know what to say to that, but I immediately knew that I didn't care if I ever got the quote. I politely hung up and wrote him off. Two days later I got an email from him, blaming his work email server for being down and to see the attached quote. Best part? There was no attachment. He forgot to send the quote -- AGAIN! I didn't respond. Why bother? What's funny is that he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful when he was actually standing in our living room. I don't know what the disconnect was. What I do know, however, is that we won't be using Sam's when we get our insurance payout. If you can't get your act together administratively, you absolutely have no business tearing apart my floors.

They were timely and did a good job. They didn't give me any false hopes about what they could do.

This review is a little different than most-Sam's was hired to clean the carpets in the house we had just purchased, but was done at the seller's expense. The seller's realtor set up the appointment based on our choice from what I was told. (I used Angie's List to look up carpet cleaners and chose one in Anchorage. However when I called, they said they did not service Palmer/Wasilla and the man recommended Sam's. He said they were a little pricey, but good.) So the realtor made the appointment, and the service was performed within a few days. I am not sure if just a basic carpet cleaning was used or if they did anything special for the spotted areas. There were some decent size spots on the carpet from the previous resident's dog/kids. The carpets looked great immediately after and we were very pleased. However, as the carpet dried many of the spots resurfaced. We found out later that a $6 bottle of Oxy Clean carpet cleaner from Lowe's would get those stains up, and were disappointed that a professional carpet cleaning service didn't. Overall, since we didn't pay for the service I would say it was ok for basic carpet cleaning. I'm not sure if we would use them again-it would depend on their prices.

They showed up late but that wasn't there fault. They did an amazing job as well. The only crappy thing is that the price was 30 dollars more then they quoted me on the phone. I would highly recommend them. They were super friendly and did an amazing job.
