Apparently this company has recently re-structured and added some key personnel, resulting in a warm, helpful and professional experience from the first contact. In my opinion they are the best gutter company in the valley.

That fall the leaf guards began coming off. By the next spring several were off. This company says they have a lifetime warranty. However, I have been trying to get a hold of someone since Spring of 2012 to come out and look at the gutters to have them fixed. I keep getting the run around that someone is coming and no one shows up. I leave messages all the time with the answering service since I can't ever get a hold of an actual person and they rarely return my calls. When they do they say they are sending someone out and no one comes. It has been a ridiculous process and its a shame the gutters didn't even last one year and I can't get anyone out for their supposed "lifetime warranty". I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. It's going to cost me more money to hire another company to come out and fix the neglect done by this company. I would recommend hiring someone more professional from the beginning.

the gutters were installed in a reasonable amount of time after receiving a quote a couple of years ago. I wanted Rainaway to put up more gutters for me. I called to get a quote and was told the guy would call and arrange the time. Weeks went by with no call. I tried again to get someone to come for a quote. It has been two months and still no call.

After the owner came by for a quote, I told him I would hire him. He didn't give a date initially for installation because they were backed up with orders. However, about 3 weeks later they called and gave me an install date. The week of the install, I was contacted again and told some parts hadn't come in yet, so they would have to reschedule. My only complaint is that I was sort of forgotten about after this. I had to call 2 weeks later and ask if I was still on the list and the company apologized that nothing had been done. She gave me a firm date of 14 August, which is when the workers showed up. The crew arrived promptly around 9 am and finished before noon. They removed my existing track of segmented gutters and installed the seamless gutters on the whole house. They were courteous and professional, cleaned up well after themselves, and were quiet. I paid by credit card afterward and they left. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. It hasn't rained yet, so I can't judge the quality of their work, but the install went well.

We called the company for an estimate June 1, 2012. They came out to the house on June 28, 2012. Left estimate. We called and scheduled an appointment for July 26, 2012. Company never showed and did not even call us to let us know they could not make it or reschedule. We called them to see what was going on and if they were coming or not as we needed to get this project fixed. Company set a date for August 8th or 9th. Did not show again. Did show August 10th without warning. The downspout seems to be put in at random. A simple hole was drilled in the gutter and a downspout attached. Downspout it not flush with the gutter so there is a gap between gutter and downspout where you an see an inner spout, if you can call it that. Instead of having the downspout follow the lines of the house they simply went over several inches from the window and attached. Would have looked better if they followed the lines of the house and put the downspout at one end or the other of the gutter and followed the trim down.

I called the company in the beginning of April to check out our gutters and give us the estimate of how much it would be to fix it. The employee came almost right away and gave us a fair estimate on the price. I wanted to schedule an appointment to get the gutters fixed but the lady on the phone told me that they dont make appointments and the guy would just stop by within two weeks to fix it.Well, the guy never stopped by and they kept me hanging for about a month and a half by telling me that I should just be patient. The last time I called it seemed like they totally forgot about us. I told them I am going to cancel and they didn't even seem to care. If they are that busy, they'll do fine without my money. Would not reccomend to anybody.

Rainaway Gutter came out and gave us an estimate and then discounted twice from the estimate: once for a military discount, and another because we had first expressed interest at a spring home show. Their crew showed up when expected and then finished the job a lot quicker than expected. In fact, they left before I could get home, so they just sent me an invoice, and I promptly paid them! The gutters met every expectation I had and were professionally installed. The powder coat colors for the down spouts matched the house almost exactly, and the white gutters matched the house trim. The leaf screens were installed correctly. After a summer of wind and rain, the gutters look brand new. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
