Very well. Got the estimate the day we called & he installed it the next day. Very well done & at a significant savings from other estimates we had rcv'd.

It was Easter weekend when we noticed a leak from the water heater in the garage. We called “johnnies appliances” and he recommended Paul at Q-1 and Paul came the next day fixing the leak in one of the water connections. It was working. Two hours later it sprung another leak and we called Paul. He arrived from Wasilla with a new water tank heater within the hour and spent until 7 pm putting in the new water heater, also discovering a connection from the gas heater that was put in crooked and was releasing gas. He called another expert in to fix the gas leak. Paul stayed to ensure that everything was working and sealed. The cost was extremely reasonable even considering that it was a holiday weekend and they had made 2 trips from Wasilla to anchorage: did top notch guaranteed work and charged very reasonable rates make Q-1 my top pick of any service provider in the Mat-Su borough. Don’t go anywhere else. Q-1 and Johnnies are the best service folks and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Paul was amazingly quick to answer. Very professional. Realized the importance of not having a working furnace when it was below freezing and made sure I was up and running the same day. Great pricing!

Paul did an amazing job. He was efficient and inventive with finding a solution with my house. Also, he explained everything he was doing so I’d learn more about my house and what needed to be done. I’d hire him again and will be recommending him to others.

Q1 had a great response to my situation. With it being 57 degrees inside my house and -10 outside @ 10:30 pm. Q1 was at my place in 30 min and had my heat going. I would definitely hire Q1 mechanical services from here on out. Thank you Q1
