Our hot water heater gave out and drained all over my garage. He came highly recommended from our neighbor. It was past 8pm when I called and left a message. He got my message and came right over. He was very fast and professional. We had a new tank and hot water the same day. We are definitely going to recommend him to our family and friends!

Tony came out to the house - understood the malfunction code and went to work. He says it was a simple fix - may not have been for me.

Responded within 1-hour of our call. Tony explained our options and worked quickly to locate a replacement for our non-standard sized water heater. He and assistant returned at the time promised and quickly installed the new unit and made sure all was up to code. He explained the warranty and unit operation. The also took extra care to protect carpets while moving the old unit from a basement. We were very pleased with the all aspects of the job and will definitely recommend to others.

Needed to replace my boiler. Replace my boiler add it up on demand 40 gallon water heater. I had some minor issues with the installation of the boiler (factory issues) which the Plumbing Doctor took care of no questions asked. The owners is very honest & upfront gentlemen. I would definitely recommen & hire him to do more boiler work. I’m gonna have him do the maintenance on my boiler. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Tony was awesome! He was here within the time specified and got my system up and running after the 11/30/18 earthquake. He’s going to come back and do a thorough maintenance, too. I will definitely call him again.

It went very well not only did they help me out with what was needed the gentleman made sure that my children and myself were safe. He didn’t leave till he knew we were ok. Went above and beyond to help us out and I greatly am thankful that someone cared for the children and I.

They were amazing. He came out to check on it when we had a problem about 6 months ago. Didn’t charge us anything as we reset it and he couldn’t diagnose because of that. Said call back if it happens again...6 months later, error on boiler. Called and came out within hour. Diagnosed and said he’d be out next day by 2. Right on time. Got everything fixed UNDER budget with such professionalism! Wondering what all services he offers besides boiler as I would use him for anything he’s capable of! You can’t find many honest people in Alaska. He’s one of them you can trust!!!! Thank you so much and I’m sure we will see you for other things! He even cleaned up the boiler and it looks brand new!

Tony did great work for us and was very professional and knowledgeable. We really enjoy our new hot water system and water conditioner. He also went over both systems with us so we understood them well. We've gone to him for years and we're delighted we found someone like him.

I called Plumbing and Heating Doctor as soon as I realized there was a definite problem with the heater. The phone call was answered imediately and a technician dispatched promptly. When he arrived he was very curtious as he asked about the problem with the heater. He was very knowledgeable and had the heater running in a very short time. He called to check and make sure the heater was still going well at the end of the day and the house was warm. The overall service was a thumbs up!

Tony promptly fixed the leak. Before that he has come to fix my furnace, another time a broken water heater. Really easy to get ahold of, responsive and quick turnaround time.

Tony showed up within a hour of calling him to fix our repair, had all the parts needed with him and had us up and going with in half hour. We were leaking water everywhere so it was wonderful that he was able to show up so fast. Great prices and great service!!!

Tony and his assistant were pro's getting back to us asap after a water damage in the garage. They made an appointment and were on time all the while working around Service Master and the mess in our garage. They located the initial issue and then got under the crawl space to check under the house for additional damage. They found the damage quickly and Tony made sure we knew what was going on, and what he needed to do to fix the problems. It was nice to feel that there wasn't additional issues or hidden costs with his visit and Tony and his assistant were professionals during his job. Tony, the owner was absolutely fantastic. I really shopped around before choosing someone and I found the reviews on his here all so positive for his company. I got several other quotes before meeting with him (5 other quotes!) Every other company that came out quoted lower quality water heaters for a higher price AND tried to sell me other things or claim my garage heater was going bad (it was not), etc. It was very frustrating. I knew Tony's company was the right one pretty quickly... He was beyond patient with my numerous questions. He was also kind enough to take a look at my furnace to see if it need servicing yet (it did not) and answered a couple of other small questions I had about our house. I was surprised he also had the best price. He thoroughly explained my warranty and instructions should I ever have a problem. I will definitely call him again for service and repairs (I already have since my water heater replacement several months ago.) He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot of good information. I don't think I have ever taken the time to write a review for a company, but this one certainly deserves it. I highly recommend Plumbing and Heating Doctor. This guy has got to be the best in the valley. I'm so glad I found them and have someone so reliable and thorough to call for regular service and unexpected repairs in the future.

Tony did a fantastic job on our new system. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. He proposed a price and after negotiation settled on a lump sum fee for the entire project. This was a relatively complicated project as he removed all the old system and reconfigured a new one. All new pumps (no zone valves). We have recirculating instant hot water and a new high efficiency IBC condensing boiler which also heats the water for the hot water tank. We also installed a new water softener system and relocated the old pressure tank and water filter from the old side of the house to the garage. Everything is laid out perfectly. Tony was very neat and delivered what he said he would. I would highly recommend Tony for your plumbing services.

From start to finish they were amazing. Good price, professional, friendly! They are the only plumbers and heating specialists we will use in the future!! This is our 2nd project with them - 1st was heating, second plumbing. Equally happy with both!

Excellent! I called and within about 30 minutes they arrived in Palmer (They had to drive from a job in Wasilla) They were friendly and the price was great! Fixed the leak in like 10 minutes. Would highly recommend them. A+++++++++ Thank you!

We had a leak behind Toilet bathroom, so it was an emergency. Tony came quickly and repaired the leak! Thankful for a responsive plumber!

This is my second review. Tony had told me if I put a review on Angie's list I would get 10% off future services. I initially put a positive review on here the same day that he had come the first time. He charged me the first time he came out when my furnace wasn't working for the part that he planned to fix, charged ahead for labor, and also 60$ to overnight this part I needed for my furnace and promised he would be back on Wednesday. He didn't show up until Friday and didn't call either. I called him on Thursday asking when he would come. I was frustrated that he charged me to overnight the part and then didn't even come fix it in a timely manner. On Saturday I woke up and the furnace wasn't working again. I called Tony and he came 8 hours later, only to tell me that the part he had thought was wrong was not the part that was wrong and that I needed an entirely new furnace. He apologized that he had "misdiagnosed" the furnace problem and would give me a full refund. I ended up getting a new furnace through a different company as I did not trust the Plumbing & Heating Doctor after this experience. I have been calling and leaving him messages for several weeks now and still have not received a call back or a refund.

Tony was great. He went out of his way to track down the part needed for our furnace repair and found it locally instead of requiring waiting several days in the cold of winter to get the part from Seattle. Work was performed on time and at the cost he quoted.
