Good. "Sink drain" turned out to be iron sludge build up between once-piece corian countertop and sink unit. The iron sludge emits a sulphuric smell through the overflow on the one master bedroom sink. I have to spray a bleach solution into the overflow to cut the buildup. That or purchase a new one-piece countertop-sink unit. The faucet tightening went fine. Turns out the previous owners put the wrong gasket on top of a faucet and tried to tighten it to the counter top. He got it fixed. The ceiling fan was vented incorrectly and they will have to come back when the snow is off the roof and vent the fan correctly.

Water heater was replaced on Friday morning and everything was fine. ?The technicians were respectful, efficient and personable. ?Saturday morning I discovered that the connecting pipe to the water heater had cracked shooting water everywhere and flooding my laundry room. ?I called and Mike took the call and on the phone talked me through shutting the water off. ?Within the hour he was at my house to assess what had happened and made the necessary repairs and I had a water heater back in just a few hours. ?Unfortunately the pilot went out and I wasn't able to restart it later in the day, I guess it was just too wet. ?I called back and explained the situation and to my delight and surprise rather than talk me through what to do Mike drove back out to my house to make sure the water heater pilot was lit. ?If you want excellent customer service you can not go wrong with this company. ?I will definitely use them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues. ?

*I'm not sure of exact date* The heater had not been serviced for the 5 years since we bought our home. It was shutting off before the burn cycle completed and was not heating our home. Obviously, a concern heading into winter. I called and left a voicemail for someone to come take a look at my heater. A week later I got a call back. They were very apologetic and said that my message got lost in the shuffle. Understandable, as I am sure many people were getting services done before winter. He said he would be here same day, but probably after five pm. No problem, but nobody came or called. The next day, a tech called while I was out of the house to say he was on his way over. I told him I wasn't home so we agreed on a time. He arrived on time and from there things went well. The tech was very clear and thorough. He checked the unit and recommended some options to keep it up. He was very patient with my inquisitive kids. He was able to determine the possible cause and told us he'd call us in a week before turning in the invoice, to see if his recommendations worked or if he needed to come out again.

The technician called (me) the owner 3x to schedule the appointment. The owner informed the technician that he needed to contact the tenant and that their number and name had been provided at the first call. The technician finally reached the tenant and after some discussion indicated he would call early in the am the following morning to establish an appointment. The tenant provided a time frame when they would be available for the service. The tech never called and then attempted to show up 15 minutes prior to the tenant's need to leave the premises. Another call from the tech revealed that he wasn't able to find the home, which is in Eagle River. He actually called on his cell phone from Taco Bell and asked the tenant to meet him at the restaurant to the two miles from the restaurant to the home. After the lack of organization and professionalism, the tenant refused the technician the job. Despite the fact that the company never showed up physically to the home, they called today and are expecting a $100 'service fee.' I do not recommend.

I had contacted Meadow Lakes Supply when we found out when the natural gas company would be bringing the gas line to the house, which was in itself quite an event. Mike LaFay coordinated with the gas company so that their representative could be here at the time necessary to check the work that his company had done, as he has a great deal of experience in this area. He sent an employee over to my house to check on exactly what had to be done and what equipment would be needed and the work was done within the time period and within the budget that Mike said it would. This work required his employees to be working at times in the kitchen and daylight basement. My confidence in his company is such that if I had to leave before they were arriving I would feel comfortable leaving a door open for them, or if I had to leave the house before they were done, I could trust them to lock up after themselves. It's a great company.

They were very good. They have been out before for services. They are friendly quick and provided good service.

Back in May we had them come in for an estimate. Our questions were patiently answered and options were discussed. There was a misunderstanding about receiving the estimate (we did not hear anything, Pat thought we were not interested), but it was redated and all straightened out. I scheduled the work for the 23rd of June, and we now have two fans that do what they are supposed to do. We also plan on having them come back to install a new extractor fan in our kitchen and do other work.

Patrick was dispatched to my house by my home warranty company to fix a leak that was flooding into my garage and bathroom. He arrived early in the afternoon and quickly found the problem. He was able to fix it quickly and suggested that I contact my homeowner's insurance to file a claim. He also tested my water and explained how the leak started in the first place. He was very patient and explained everything to me in great detail. He was very professional and even called me three days later to make sure that there were no more problems with the leak! He suggested a water softener to me. It wasn't a hard sell, just an honest assessment of what I may want to avoid the same problem in the future. I was very please with this company's service and will be giving them business in the future.

The job went well. Mike's advice and guidance made the job both easier and higher in quality. I was impressed that he answered all my questions about this DIY project and even went so far as to research the constant pressure valve and advise me about the upside and downside to its installation. Although he didn't perform any onsite work, I would highly recommend him for plumbing services based upon his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help.

Meadow Lakes Supply Company was very responsive and punctual. I live outside of town in an area that is difficult to locate without detailed directions. Meadow Lakes Supply Company showed up at the appointed time, even though I did not provide them with directions. I originally thought my problem was with the Diamond York 90 ignition control circuit board. Their service technician was very professional and courteous, and demonstrated to me that the problem was a burned out blower motor and not the ignition circuit control board. The service technician had brought a replacement ignition control circuit board with him, based upon my original misdiagnosis, but did not have a replacement motor with him. The service technician left and returned a few hours later with the replacement motor. The service technician's task was made even more difficult by the fact that the furnace was located in a small crawl space and mounted side-ways instead of vertical. He cleaned out the blower compartment and replaced the motor and capacitor and gave me instructions about the proper care and maintenance as well as explaining what he did. I was very pleased with the service technician's performance, professionalism, and courteous manner. I would gladly recommend their services to friends, and if I will be sure to contact them again for any future heating needs that I may have.

Flushed toliet and the pump did not shut off. Went down stairs to see what was going on, found the carpet was wet. I called my home warrenty. They sent them out and I was not covered, but they gave a quick est. and finished the work in under an hour. I also called a second time because of a back up in washer and dishwasher. The came out and no problem. They did not charge for the visit. I will call if I have an more problems.
