This is my first AL review so forgive me if it seems incomplete I am a very detail oriented person and between multiple testings, inspections and re-inspections I asked a lot of questions and had quite a few items that required follow up. In every case I received e-mailed documentation or phone call updates as to where we were in the process. During the entire 3 month's I never felt out of the loop. This morning after closing he drove back to the purchased home to get the numbers off the gas/electric meters for me. Becky Monaghan handled the mountain of paperwork and coordinated between sellers realtor, the lending company and myself. Like David, she reviewed and explained things to me, offered advice and made herself available for what seemed like my 100's of phone calls. Kibe's team left a great impression on my family and made what can potentially be a very stressful time quite painless.
