It could not have gone better. Brandon is an extremely hard worker and pays attention to details to make it look and work right. He worked with us to add the details we liked and now the bathroom looks fantastic, is functional, and very well built. The task he took on was not easy due to the size of the bathroom, but he pulled it off without a hitch. He also gave us a quote before starting and stuck to the cost of his labor and materials to the dollar. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any job and will call him the next time I need work done on my house.

I decided not to use him although he looked excellent. He quoted me about $15,000 for the job, which just included the labor and not the materials. He seemed knowledgeable and pretty easy going. He was willing to be flexible in his work schedule and accommodated whatever I needed to have done. He just seemed professional and bright. He’s been very responsive and he returned all my phone calls. I guess I chose not to hire him because the time line when I needed the work done was difficult for him. His punctuality and professionalism were excellent. He showed up on time. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

We had multiple issues with the master bathroom and hall bathroom concerning broken tiles, water damage and grout failure. We weren't sure of the extent of the damage until we pulled off the existing tile work. After seeing the damage Hicks Construction replaced the shower walls to the studs, reused our existing tile, saving us money and did it all in a timely manner before the holidays. The service was very professional and detail oriented. We would definitely use them again.
