I have now used Mike and Pamela at Fairview Consultants twice. The first inspection, they saved me from a terrible initial inspection conducted by another company. They found multiple issues with my property and were able to help me rectify those issues with the seller - a huge relief as I was buying sight unseen. The second and most recent inspection went phenomenally. They pointed out even the most minor defects that could result in potential issues down the line. Mike and Pamela truly work for their customer and their pricing is extremely competitive for the thorough work they do. I highly recommend this team for any future inspections!

We had the Divis' come out for our home inspection in 2012. They are both wonderful to work with and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything and show us what they were doing. We actually had fun during the home inspection. Highly recommend!

I was able to get the inspection within 10 days after calling to make the appointment. They are a husband and wife team and are extremely professional. They have a vast knowledge of their profession and explained to me in lay man's terms everything positive and negative about the house. The house is 4,100 square feet and it took about 4 hours from the time we started to the time they handed me my portfolio. They were very punctual and efficient. There was no time wasted, but I also felt they took time where it was needed. There was a crack in the foundation and they took the time to make sure it was documented properly in case we wanted to have an engineer look at it. They set up a computer and printer and gave me a booklet with tabs for each section of the house as well as a place for all their notes. They are very well organized and made sure I understood everything about the house we're buying. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection. They were so easy to work with and I was very happy they took me through all the steps. If we need any other inspections, we will be using them and will be referring them to our friends and family.
