Other Joe and Chase came out and worked on the system. Joe installed a new updated router requiring a lot of work getting everything to work. Chase assisted. Cannot say enough about the quality of work and their character. Efficient and polite. They have done a lot of work for us over the years and they keep getting better.

Joe returned our call right away, he arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. We had several items that needed to be done, and he got them all knocked out. We will be having him return next to install our surround sound and another universal remote. He excels at his job and I cant givd him high enough kudos. Laura and jim
