They showed up on time

We have a large home and had not cleaned the carpets in the entire 18 years we lived here. We researched all the local companies and finally called Arctic Septic and Restoration. Josh and his guys showed up on time and cleaned every room in the house. The carpets look brand new!

Very fast, neat work! Guy was very nice and very friendly.

I have a lot of carpet and Dominick did an outstanding job of cleaning it. He worked long, hard hours to complete the job. I would hope he is well reimbursed for the job he does for his company.

The owner was very responsive and timely, I appreciated the communication and the quality of the service.

I needed an Emergency septic pumped out, it had backed up into the lower tub. They were busy as others that I called that day, but Tony said he would get it pumped ut but it may be later as they were on another job. Later Josh called and said he would be here today even if it was later tonight. Well he showed up, it was dark by then about 8 pm and he got the job done just as he promised. and he wanted to know the system checked out ok before he left. Very professional and a job well done.

Very friendly, good job done, went the extra mile by moving dryer and cleaning. But he forgot to turn gas back on. Just a little insight but otherwise a job well done. They responded quickly. No waiting around.

I put in a request to have an estimate and got a call back same day from company to do both estimate and job all in one. The process was very quick and both the administrative staff and technicians themselves were very professional! They took care of a 5+ year problem within 90 minutes. Thank you! The Homeadvisor/ Angi app process on the other hand, may need more work on linking to customer needs. This is the only reason this service isnâ t all 5 stars. He does really good work and is pretty thorough. He has always treated me very well and is a nice guy, friendly and professional. Competitive pricing, all in all a good business.
