Description of Work: Alaska Power Vac was very professional and personable on the phone when making appointment for the service. They called me for a reminder the day before, to be sure the appointment would still work for me. When they arrived, they were prompt, explained what they were doing and explained the process when they were finished. Very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Complete system clean & also fixed our water heater (which had not been working that morning) for no extra charge. They were prompt, courteous and answered all of our questions & took extra time to clean up and move things back in order. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Description of Work: i was told that furnace was broken, needs replacement, but ducts needs clean as well. he came on time, finished all ducts, and $50 for dryer duct. i told him about the furnace problem, he went back to the house and recheck everything for free even though it was not in the agreement, and told me furnace was working well after cleaning, so i had a scare:)
