Description of Work: The toilet in my basement was not flushing, so the septic was pumped. The gentleman came inside and talked to me. He made sure the toilet was flushing before he left.

I felt bad and if I would had cash on me I would had gave him something, but I deal everything off of my bank card and needed to run down the street to the bank. But for now on I well never call anyone else except him. Very polite gentlemen.
Description of Work: I had my water freeze up on those lovely winds we had and I had spent a whole day calling places to get help. I called Ron and he was very nice and got all my info on what was going on. He then told me how much he charged and then told me he couldn't get to me until Thursday, now mind you this was Monday evening when I spoke to him. On Thursday morning he called to see if I got my water on and hadn't. He arrived told him everything that we had done and he went right to my well, pulled the handle up on it and walked back to his truck. As soon as he got to his truck my water started running. I know he didn't really do anything, but all in all he I called this gentlemen on Monday and never called him back and he called me. So all in all I give him all

+ -1 moreAfter initial delay in scheduling, he (don't remember his name) showed up and was extremely courteous and professional. After determining he couldn't clear the pipe - we had cast iron pipes from the 50's and suspected this might be the case - he replaced most of the pipes. He worked quickly and efficiently and the charge was less than $100 than the original estimate.The next day they showed up early and pumped out our septic tank (separate issue). Very impressed with the service.
Description of Work: Kitchen drain was plugged up. They cleared drain and installed new pipes.

+ -1 moreOverall the clog was gone. The machine was a little loud and bulky getting down the stairs. Snow was tracked into the house, but he cleaned it up and the clog was gone.
Description of Work: We had a clogged drain and my personal auger would not reach it. We called PLUG BUSTER after searching on Angie's list. The were available immediately and solved the problem in a little over an hour. Although a lot of snow was tracked into the house, he cleaned up the mess before he left. He had to remove the toilet and use a big wide auger over 75 feet to reach the street. In the end the clog was gone and the problem still gone 4 months later.

+ 1 moreI discovered I didn't have hot water. I called Plug Buster, who responded the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. The pilot light had gone out, likely due to extremely high winds. "Ron" not only re-lit the pilot light, but showed me how to do it in case the problem occurs again. Total cost? $25.00. I would not hesitate to call Plug Buster again.
