+ -1 moreLess than a year into the warranty we began to have some problems. Twice we called and he said he would be out to look at it. Twice he didn't show. We have called at least 5 times since and he won't answer or return calls. We are having to make other arrangements for the repairs so they are done before winter. So - clearly no customer service, no warranty, and we question the asphalt that was put down.

+ -1 moreKris came out and gave us an estimate to seal coat our large driveway and repair a small sink hole that was on the side of the driveway and getting bigger. Kris took three days to do a through job of blowing the debris off the drive, then power washing, filling the cracks with rubber and then applying two coats of tar by hand. After each process he made sure the driveway was clean and ready for the next step. The driveway looks great and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
Description of Work: Kris Lichtenberg is the owner of this business and does driveway asphalt and seal coating. We contacted him from a coupon we found in the Eagle River Cache. He resurfaced our driveway and did an excellent job.
