Greg and Tim were on time (close to the minute). They had all of the parts and explained exactly what was wrong, showed me the broken parts, explained what was needed to fix the problem, the approximate cost and then completed the work. My husband was at work when they arrived to do the work, I have no idea about plumbing, and I believe they went out of their way to make sure I understood the problem and what was needed to fix the problem. And they did all of the work with my two dachshunds curiously poking around while they (Greg) was under the sink completing the work. Will never go to anyone again. If you're smart you won't use anyone else.

I am so glad I heeded the glowing recommendations of Apex Plumbing when my hot water heater started leaking. I got an actual person rather than a machine when I called. They asked me to text them a couple photos of the existing water heater & then called back within 10 minutes with a fair estimate of what it would cost to replace. After agreeing, they came within a few hours, did a quick and efficient replacement for the agreed upon cost and cleaned up the area perfectly. The next day they called back to make sure everything was working well. I was very happy with Apex Plumbing, would definitely call them again for future plumbing/heating problems & highly recommend their services.

Greg and his crew are great! Everything went as planned and on schedule. These guys are really quick, efficient and professional and, by the way, very personable. Highly recommended. A real joy to have in our home. Greg is also very responsive to any of our plumbing issues and has helped us pro bono on other minor issues.

They were very professional about the whole thing. They knew exactly what they were doing and I am always comforted by that. They responded pretty quickly. I just moved into this house, it was a rental and the appliances had had a hard life. So I had replaced the stove and they got over here very quickly and took care of it. They did what they said they would do and I think the price was reasonable. They got there when they said they would.

I initially called to have a stem valve in my shower replaced. The folks there were very nice, and were able to come to my home on an expedited basis. There ended up being an entire valve that needed to be replaced ( I can't remember the name of it, it's been some time), that was the original to the house. The worker that came to my house was very thorough, but unprepared. I live in Palmer, and he ended up making two trips to Wasilla for parts & such, so we were charged for thiose trips & the time they took. One of those trips took about 2 hours, and I still don't understand why. I can't recall the original quote to have the work done, but it was way off, and as the day wore on, the price went up and up. The last quote I received was for $1000 to finish the job, and it ended up being over $1300. My parents feel that I was taken for a ride, since I am a first time homeowner without a lot of experience in these matters. I will say again that the work performed, when finished, was very nicely done and my shower hasn't been a problem since. I would recommend them just because the work performed was well done, I would just say you'd better be prepared to triple or quadruple whatever price quote they give you.

Wow - Dependable, professional, honest, reasonably priced service. It's hard to find such service in the Valley. Greg & Tyler assessed my plumbing problems quickly and gave a reasonable estimate. Greg's experience helped with analysis of my 35 year old home plumbing problems. Both were polite, considerate and completed their work timely.

When my tenant contacted me on 8/16 with news that the water heater was leaking internally, I immediately got on Angie's List and looked for a plumbing contractor so that I could get estimates for replacing it. Since it was a Saturday, I left messages with several places, hoping to hear from someone on Monday. Greg returned my call the same day! After coordinating with my tenant, the installation was scheduled for early Friday. My tenant texted me shortly before lunch "very nice people who put it in".

Greg and his apprentice were awesome! They showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and did a very professional installation. When I returned home from work that evening I noticed a slight leak from the hot water outlet. I called Greg and he came right over and tightened the connection. I've had no problems whatsoever with his work. I recommended him to a friend that also was very happy with his service. I plan on calling him in the near future for another non-critical issue I need addressed.

Apex had been really good. They were recommended by a friend of mine. I would use them. He surprised the scriptures and very personable.

I recently remodeled my master bath and needed to re-route much of the plumbing to accomodate the new shower, toilet & sinks. Much of what we had in place was not code compliant and a major re-dux was required. My tile guy, Klay Kastning of "Just Floor It" (another guy I'd highly recommend!) put me in touch w/ Greg @ Apex and they were over that evening taking measurements and providing an estimate. Greg commited to fit me in on that Saturday, and got everything done on time and under his estimate.

It was good. The price was reasonable. We chose him because of his pricing and availability. His follow-through was good.

Greg worked quickly and showed up on the days scheduled. His work was professional and of excellent quality. He and his crew of one were quick to explain any questions I had and made sure I was happy with their work prior to leaving. Drains were installed in one of our vanitys and touched the slide in drawer. Once it was brought it to his attention he immediatly changed the drain to accomindate the clearance needed. Apex Plumbing was not the least expensive bid on this project but he was recommended by 2 other bathroom remodel/ designer businesses and I was glad we used him.

Called at 7:00 AM, they were on site by 8:15 with all the parts. While testing for leaks, Greg found a leak in the disposal. He had an extra on his truck and installed it on the spot. He tightened sink connections on the spigot and stems, and also changed the stems on another sink to turn correctly. I was very impressed with the speed in which he responded, and the accuracy and quickness while making the repairs. I will definitely use him again!

This is not a posing for Apex plumbing, but for the contractors that they refer me to, Larry Murray's drain cleaning. Good communication, was in and out of my house in less than an hour. Had a clogged pipe deep down that they had no problem getting to. Replaced needed drain piping and also replaced filters to the sink faucet that was leaking, both without question or hesitation. Very professional, listened to the problem, went straight to work, cleaned up and gone in less than an hour. They need to be listed here as a company to rely on.

Came back -did a great job. Fast, efficient, considerate. Left no mess. Called that evening to see if I was satisfied. Didn't charge a travel fee.
