The customer service and professionalism was extremely helpful. I work during the week and they were able to offer me options to minimize time off work. The quality of the work was excellent, it felt like a whole new space when I first walked in. Extremely timely and quality work for a fair price. Contacted them on Angies List for an estimate, they called and set-up a time to come out. Quoted the job for B-1, 559 , they came out 5 days later to start the job. They showed up at 08:00 each day and worked diligently the whole time, they did a superb job and the house looks great! Even got an estimate to paint the exterior of the house ($ 4, 5 ? ) I highly recommend these guys!

Excellent! Tim Sith, the owner, did most of the work himself since the sons had moved on to other things. He did have an assistant whom he was training and all work was very well done and timely. The stain was very heavy duty to deal with Alaska conditions and was applied in two coats, with the second applied while the first was still tacky. This allowed the second coat to bond with the first and dry to a very tough finish. Had the first coat dried completely, the second would not have penetrated the wood due to the protective nature of the first coat. We are very pleased with the results.

Very professional with attention to detail. Owner was not present for this 5 day job, but, upon return, everything was done exactly as hoped for. Mr. Smith can be relied on to provide excellent work with integrity.

I found this firm in the yellow pages and lucked out. They were the low bidder and turned out to be the best choice, even if they would have cost more. Other estimates had workers completing the job in 3 days by working fast and spraying everything. Smith and Sons hand prepared surfaces, caulked around windows and doors, and hand painted all trim with two coats. The work was excellent and professional, and cheaper than the guys that wanted to spray it all in a couple of days. We couldn't be happier with this choice and I highly recommend them!

The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we got. They were very professional and very careful. We would recommend them highly. They did extra things as far as repair before painting which was required at very little cost. We would absolutely use them again.

They have very good prices. I found them to be very professional and he cleans up after himself wonderfully. He is always smiling and has an unbelievable personality. The work was perfect; no runs, drips or anything else. Just a perfect job!
