+ -1 moreBill responded promptly after we called him. Diagnosed the problem (part malfunctioned). He immediately ordered a replacement and once it arrived he returned and installed the new part. We have used him in previous situations and always found him to be courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate and an appointment to have my dishwasher looked at. The person who answered was rude and told me that the dishwasher I have isn't worth looking at because that brand *sucks*. It was a Maytag which needed a new hose. It took another company about 20 minutes and charged a reasonable rate. I'll never call them again.
