led we called to schedule the appointment and were scheduled for Thursday at 7 am. I was told to call and give them the model number when i got home that night. I did so and there was not a response. I called a few days later to talk to the same person and no one answered. 4 days later was the date scheduled for service, and no one from the company showed up. When i called and complained they sent another male to fix the issue. He convinced me that the circuit board was the reason the furnace was not lighting. We spent $633 for the total repair and ever since we have had problems with the furnace. I called two weeks ago to talk to the technician that came out and requested that he do some research before he comes out to charge us for a service call. I waited until today to call them and i requested to speak to the owner of the company. I am thoroughly disgusted with the service we received. Might i add that i asked him to leave me with the old part he took off the furnace and he made an excuse that it was in the bottom of the bin in his van. I was the 1st service call of the day, it would not be on the bottom. I was able to get the part he took off the furnace. I am disgusted that we spent so much money on our furnace and it is not completely fixed. The technician had told my boyfriend he was going to clean the system however that was never done. He had also explained to me that he would reconnect and intake pipe, that was never done either.

I would use them again. They were good.
